For all my peeps in the local area, a good friend of mine's girlfriend is selling her '89 Formula Firebird. It is red and has silver formula wheels. I haven't seen the car a several years, but it was flawless last time I did see it. It has a TPI305. I think it is an automatic. For some reason I'm thinking it has silver gfx, but I don't remember. It has a 12 disc Clarion changer and deck which will come with the car. You may have seen it, Ian, as they both lived in Gig Harbor and went to Peninsula High.

 

Wha..wha? Red formula in Gig Harbor? Other than mine? whoa... Is it the red one with silver lower trim, grey interior, and "FORMULA 350" decals on the side? I've seen that one, never knew one of them went to Pen high before me. It looks very nice. How much are they looking to get for it? Whats the phone number? I want to take a look at it for my friend... When did they graduate phs?

 

They are asking $3000 for it but I'm sure they'l make you a deal. I don't remember it being a Formula 350, but if it is, 3Gs is a steal! My friend's name is Steff Schlecht, for the life of me, I can't remember his girlfriend's name. Steff probably graduated around '93 - '94. He plays drums for the band 'Sea Jayne Trip'. I was in a band with him around '94 or so and we practiced in Gig Harbor. I just ran into him the other night at a club and have long since lost his number. They practice in Tacoma now, so I'lll go down to the studio and get it.

 

You know a weird thing; if you asked him if he knew ian smith (my name), he might say yeah. Another ian smith graduated in 94 I believe; just an odd coincidence...

Yeah, if you can get his number that'd be great! A friend of mine and I want to go look at that, especially if it's a 3g car!

 

Ian, I'll go down town tomorrow and get Steff's number. The car is definitely worth a look. I haven't seen it in a few years, but I remember it being real nice. His girlfriend babied that car!
