Aaah! Feels like early Christmas!
Well I've been ordering up lotsa parts! Ordered my engine set today from work. Then tonight I ordered a performer manifold and a comp xe cam. The engine parts are for a 350 I'm building to replace the 327 in my 70 C10. Its a 4 bolt and will have a set of 194 camel humps on it. When I get the 327 out I'm switching heads on it(no accessory holes) bolting the new performer manifold on it and putting it in the firebird.
Think the 327 will make the firebird fly. Its got a comp xe256 cam and bored .040 over with flat tops. Hauls in the truck which weighs 4300 lbs so should feel good in the car. Use to really make my 68 chevelle fly.(yes I've had this motor in 4 different rigs soon to be 5) I'll let everybody know how it all turns out.
