May I suggest the Kumho ECSTA Supra 712 I bought these thru Tirerack.com for $76 each for 245/50WR16s and Ive never been more impressed. No Hydroplaning at all, they handle great, and if you need that "off the line" traction the 280 compound rating will come in handy. At the time I bought them just for the rear tires because.. well... I tend to do this:





But when my front tires need to be replace the search for new tires wont take long at all!

The specs on them are: Treadwear:300, Traction:AA, Temperature:A . Those are the same as the BFG G-Force KDW's. I don't drag race too often. I figured if I do, I could get some street legal slicks (not like I need them yet though with my LG4). Thanks for the thought though! I really am trying to get up there this gathering! Any word on meeting places?
