OK- Im swapping engines - going from my 305 to my 358 with vortec's..

So- I need to get rid of these things..

Engine- 127k mi. ran fine when pulled, but burned about a quarter quart of oil a month.- This is a longblock with the valve covers, oilpan, stock baseplate, and AIR system- tubes, and everything, and exhaust manifolds

Does not come with- distributor, any TPI stuff (except the baseplate), waterpump, any pullies, or accessory brackets.
Have a new non tpi waterpump and v- belt pullies to go with it though.

Also have- stock exhaust system from y-pipe back, cat is included.
Stock exhaust manifolds stay on the engine b/c it involves the AIR system.

I will deliver it within 30 miles- however if over that, buyer must pick it up.
Universal Fully Reclinable Race seats- Made for a 5pt harness and have brackets incl.
universal set of Black cloth racing seats with the slots for a 5 point harness. Fully reclinable, and come with sliders- just bolt them in.
I bought them in February but never installed them- i took them out of the boxes for room and they have been sitting in my apartment ever since....
Asking $260 shipped for the pair I paid $280 for them and then another $70 shipping.
But they are still BRAND NEW and have been INSIDE a climate controlled area...

of course a person could come pick them up also- but i will deliver within 30 miles.


Will trade everything for a rebuilt 700R4 with shift kit...
