Do you mean the piece on the door or under the door? Either way, I have both on an 89 RS if that would help you.

camaro rocker ground effect drivers side (not piece on door...have those for both sides and have passenger side rocker ground effect...one with z28 emblem and louver infront of rear wheel. Believe 89 will not have the louver in front of the rear wheel. Am I wrong. See this pic for what I want....it is labeled #2.

 

No, I do not have the louvers. Too bad, because it's even the same color.
