Wierd trans problem, pro-built

I have a pro built 700r4 for about 3 years not many miles, maybe 20K. I don't think there is a real problem but need some help. All of a sudden the first gear takes forever to shift. It shifts fine but just all of a sudden the shift point went way up.
What does it sound like.
