To anyone and everyone,
I recently bought some headers for my 91 Formula. THe problem is that when removing one of the bolts on the factory exhaust manifolds it broke off, and two other bolts just won't budge. I am not too worried about the one that broke as I am of the two that won't come out. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to use to get them out... Thanks for reading this and please reply back if you have any suggestions.

I usually strike the head of such bolts with a hammer but I know there is no swinging room (must hit hard) and the other is to heat with a torch but you are so space limited I'm not sure what to tell you.

when i had stock manifolds i used to drive the car and get it hot then loosen the bolts after it was cool i would pull them out with no problem.
hitting them on the head is very effective also but like B4Ctom1 said no swinging room. Air tools are awsome!!
You may be able to get the broken bolts out after removing the maifold with vise grips and lots of heat.

What works much better then expected (and much better then just a hammer) is to get a center punch and hit the heads on one of the flats in the direction that you want it to turn a few times, HARD. There should be room to do this for most of the manifold bolts from the top or bottom. Then put your socket on the bolt and give it a good hard pull in the wrong direction (tighten), reverse it and 95% of the time they will come right out.
I use this procedure on exhust turbine housings on turbos. Without it if the turbo has been used at all you'll break half to all the bolts. With it, you might break 1.
BTW, don't use an impact gun. Any impact gun will just rip the heads off of the stuck bolts.
