NX kit so far ok with Superram
Just thought I'd follow up here a little bit.
I installed an NX kit on my modified L98 Corvette and so far it has been ok and no puddling or backfiring through the intake. I have only run the 50 jets on the street a few times to test the systems electricals and solenoids out. Going to tune it soon on a dyno with wideband. So no dyno or track #s yet.
I was very hesitant at even putting a nitrous kit on the superram, but have 2 friends running NOS plate systems upwards of 125hp that have been fine so far for months.
Anyways I put all the safety measures in place JUST in case....
NX GM TPI Kit
NX Fuel Pressure Switch
NX WOT Microswitch
NX Bottle Heater
NX Purge Valve
Arming Switch
MSD RPM Activated Window Switch (set to 3400 on/5800off, I shift at 6000 so the plenum is fully empty of nitrous by then)
MSD Digital 6+ set to pull out 2* per 50hp of nitrous.
