Problem w/ Holley Adj Fuel Press. Reg.
I am having a problem with the fuel pressure on my ProCharged TA.
I have a Holley adj. fuel pressure regulator. I noticed that the fuel pressure seemed lower than normal. I checked it w/ no vacuum and it dropped from the original setting of 45 psi to 39psi !!!
So I returned it to Summit and got a new one.
I just ran the car at 5 # boost and checked the pressure w/ no vacuum. Dropped from an original setting of 45 psi to 42 psi????
What's up?
Anyone have good success with this AFPR or do I need a specific model and brand for running boost???
Thanks.

I needed to test my FMU also and did this by simulating boost by blowing compressed air into the vacuum line to the FMU.
After testing the FMU and bringing the fuel pressure to 100 my fuel pressure is sitting at 20 psi at idle. It fell from an original setting of 54 psi!!! So I am really losing fuel output.
The car is parked for now.
More testing:
My A/F ratio at idle is now 18:1. I used the fmu to increase pressure. Even at 80 psi of pressure my A/F ratio is 18:1 ???
The inline pump has been very loud recently, I am thinking that it is not getting fuel from the intank pump?
I spoke to my chip tuner and he noted that the intank pump usually supplies volume and the inline gives pressure. He said that since I have pressure, but no volume that my intank is probably going bad.
What do you guys think?
I am going to bypass the inline this weekend and see if the problem is still there. Looks like the intank pump is bad. Starving the inline and making it louder than normal. I was originally losing volume, but have now lost pressure too.
