i have 2 bilge fans, 4 inch ones, that i used to run on my intake setup, long story short, i bottomed the hell outa of my car, trying to get the new paint outa the hail storm and took a curb, then was 2 lazy to reinstall!

they blow about 450cfm a piece and if you can get them istalled with no turbulence they work pretty well, i need a pick of em to seel em on ebay!

somebody will buy em!

Once and for all, a FAN is not a postive pressure pump, unlike a supercharger or turbocharger. These devices cannot produce boost, at all. There is no seal preventing reversion on a fan. A fan is not a compressor, it can not increase the pressure of the air over 1 atmosphere.

reversion - A turning away or in the opposite direction; a reversal

boost - To increase; raise pressure

Lets say you take a steel cube with a 1" round opening and put the fan into the opening. You turn the fan on, the pressure inside the box does not inscrease no matter how hard the fan blows because the air being pushed in can escape around the fan and through the gaps between the blades.

The only potential benefit of this system is the reduced restriction in the intake tract before the engine, nothing a good air filter wouldn't fix anyway. Additionally, I bet most of the gains seen from this system is when its compared to stock, thus most of the gains are probably seen from the less restrictive filter element that comes with the fan.

I cant believe E-Gay won't let you sell guns but yet they allow this tripe to continue to be sold. Slap a "Type-R" sticker on it and it would probably sell for $10 more I guess.
