turbo damage?

turbo damage?

if the exhaust side of a turbo is powder white what does that mean? is that normal?

The white substance can be antifreeze leaking into the exhaust.

Did someone paint it with header paint? It's probably the paint burning off. My TES's did that when I put them on a long time ago.
