my dyno results

after the header install, I got the car tuned... here's the results


I also installed the GMMG exhaust

hang on there is alot wrong with that engine compartment the firewall strut towers everything...

is that a 4th gen engine comparment or a 3rd gen? It appears to be a compilation of both and I dont just mean the LS1...

Thats how a 4th gen engine bay should look. Instead they stuff the ls1 halfway underneath the dash and cowl area so you can;t hardly work on it. That car is sweet BTW. tons of custom work.

it's my 88 Z w/ 4th gen bay and LS1 motor. Lots more pics on appearance section thread "Fatal in magazine"

What headers are you using? Are they custom or does someone make them for this swap? Did you use a tubular k-member or the stock one. I aks this because I am planning an LS1 swap as we speak but my limiting factors are header use.

FLP longtube headers from MTI. Since I'm running all 4th gen stuff thay bolt right on

I had forgotten that you had implemented the whole fourthgen set-up. Do you know off hand what it takes to run headers on a LS1 swap? Besides custom ones that is.
