Stock, the 142 comes with a 3.07 upper and a 6" bottom pulley. You can get larger bottoms in 6.5 and 7 inch. For the uppers there's only one step smaller- 2.85. I run a 7" bottom with the stock 3.06 top. 5 PSI on a 383 with a moderate cam (Comp XE 268 flat tappet hydraulic ground on a wider 114* LSA). Switching to the 2.85" top would probably get me just a smidge over 6 PSI (which I plan on doing next spring).
