Interesting Martin Turbo Systems Kit for Chevy Small Block

I don't frequent this board much, but I ran across this and thought some of you may find it interesting and unique.

Are these rare, or produced anymore?

That auction looks vaguely familiar... Hey that's my auction! It sold for less than I think it's worth (that's eBay, no biggie), but I'm not 100% sure it's sold as I haven't heard from the buyer since I emailed the total with shipping (heavy box, $30 shipping)
