Turbo selection correct?

Hello I am in the process of designing a turbo system that will work properly with my 305 tbi which will soon be converted to tpi or aftermarket dfi. I am currently looking at a T04B-60-1
and was wondering if it is the best selection.
I am looking for boost levels around 9 psi,
will have 220 hp after conversions,
41 lb/min
A/R of approximately .58
and a desired boost levels at low to mid rpm range

Go with a bigger A/R, prefferably a P.81, it will give you a good low end, since that is what you are looking for. .58 is too small.
