Fast third gen update

Just an update on a few fast third gens: The Innovative Turbo camaro has its new motor back in and it made a few passes at the local track (LACR). A couple of 8.80 runs with Rick letting off just passed the 1/8 mile mark because the track was not in the best of shape. I will further update this post with the cars next track appearance.

A friend of mine is putting together, at his shop The Fast Guy, a wicked third gen. Its going to have a big small block with a supercharger blowing through a carburetor. I don't have all the details, yet, but will update accordingly, when I get more info. He is going to try and make this camaro, the first blow-through carb vehicle into the 7's. We'll see!

What happened to his motor? A friend of mine went to florida on vacation and he swears he saw the innovative turbo thirdgen there, but he said it looked like it was having some problems.

Rick just changed the cam and a few other things. I think he might have lowered the compression, too. Now if he can keep traction and go straight, 7's might be possible.
