remote mounted turbo

has anyone ever tried to remote mount a turbo.. if so how did it work out.. to see what i'm talking about check out the link

my apologies... he's right i should have searched.. there was an article in a magazine i was reading that said it was a new system so i figured it was.. but i was stupid.. so once again.. sorry..

I experimented with the remote mount turbo concept on my 89 Cavalier. It worked out quite well. I run 6psi for daily driving, and 10psi for drag racing. I raced once on 6psi, and plan to run the 10psi setting soon- hope to surprise some 5slows!

So far I have almost 5k miles on the system, with the only glitch being the defective FMU.
