Does anyone have any experience with these pulleys?

I know some of the LS1 crowd are using these with success and the Renegade NMRA mustang guys too.

I made one like that for my brother’s eaton blower… fixed the belt slip problems but he has been saying that it wears the belt faster…

I bet that sucker SHREDS belts but for the same reason my car SHREADS tires

It’s really not that bad… before I slotted it it was shooting “belt dust” all over the fenders and would occasionally just rip one of the ribs off. After there was appreciable wear on the belt but no dust or big chunks flying off.

Chuck up 2 cutting wheels I a dremel mandrel, you’ll get a nice groove…
