Procharger intercooler fitment problem...help!

Did a search but couldn't find what i am looking for. Im in the process of installing a 3-core procharger intercooler on my 89 camaro and can't get it to bolt up right. I can get in into the two side brackets but cannot get it to bolt up to the center bracket. It hits the rounded backside of the intercooler. I'm sure alot of you have had this problem. What am I doing wrong? Did you have to bend the bracket some? Anyone have any closeup pics? Any info would be great......Thanks.....

My back bracket is twisted to make it line up. I got mine used so I did not do the twist. It was originally L shaped now it is an L that is twisted a bit.

Yes, you do have to bend it a little.

Well, it's been a few years, but if I remember right, I had to bolt the center up first, then push the rest of the intercooler into place which bends the center bracket into an "L" shape.
