Stroker nitrous for newbie

Hey, I am new to the world of nitorus. I understand how it works chemically] 2 N2O --> 2N2 + O2

But, i dont know how much a specific assembly can withstand for a shot. Also, is nitrous a one time shot each time you press a button or is it on for how long you hold it or.....?

The main question is, how big of a shot can this assembly hold:

Its the blue one on the list. (396)

I am going to be running a 4 bolt splayed main conversion. Most likely 30 over bored. Just want enough to make sure I crush any **** burner out there :-D (yes i know it will be filtered as a swear word)
edit- This is my daily driver so I cant be rebuilding my engine every 2-4 years so absolute rape isnt an option
Thanks!

granted that the kit that you want is all forged, i cant see wy it wont hold 150-200 shot all day long, i sray 200 on my forged rotating assembly and i never had a lick of problem, just watch the timing and have a good fuel system, now if u opt for the cast crank and rods with hyper. pistons i dont see why a 75-100 shot would harm it much, i mean some stock tpi's run 125 all the time without much problem, jsut gotte be smart and safe when using nitrous thats all i can really say
