super or turbo

they are correct. i would suggest a single turbo placed on the back passenger side. do some research and you will find that a single setup is/can be cheaper than a supercharger if you DIY you and are carbed. if you are looking for ultimate power for your current setup and stay emissions friendly, get the supercharger. if you plan to upgrade your current engine, would like the boost to come on much earlier than a supercharger can, research some turbos that fit your power goals and start acquiring your parts. when turbine flow capability is equal for super and turbo, hp for hp a turbo will best a super at any rpm if the exhaust housing is matched right for your cubic inches. this is assuming supercharger means centrifigul type not roots/screw type.

sorry this post was not to be a thread, please move to: Turbo or Supercharger? started by: luvofjah
