What size shot w/ LT-1?
With forged pistons you can blast 150 to 200 all day long. Above 200, I'd be careful. The Opti-spark doesn't allow you to adjust timing easily, and you should pull a couple of degrees out when you spray. One option is a timing retard controller. I have a friend with one, along with the MSD 6AL, who runs a 300 shot. He just pulls 8 degrees out of the timing when he arms the system.

as long as you don't have the hypercrap pistons then do what you want. I personally wouldn't pump more than 200 into a stock bottom end if you want to keep that motor for too long. They're sturdy and will take some abuse but 300 hp on top of a motor that already makes 300 hp is a good shock to the system - pretty cool though!
