Supercharged SuperRam or HFLTR

I'm currently using the superram upper intake and base manifold with 1000CFM throttle body. I am wondering if I use high flow long tube runners with stock ported plenum, if I will lose any peak or high RPM horsepower. I know I will gain low end torque, but at what cost of upper end horsepower and torque?

You will lose some power above 5000 RPMs or so, but it won't be as dramatic a loss as it would be on a naturally asperated motor. The bad news is that the increase of torque from long runners won't be as dramatic on a force fed motor either.
