I was just checking into them & it appears that the new NX units that control bottle pressure & not bottle temp are the way to go. after all the plan is to heat the bottle until you get the pressure to a set point & to keep it @ that point. when it changes is when you run into problems.

Frankly I am surprised that someone has not dont this earlier (maybe they have & i have not had that channel plumbed into my cave). this is so simple & elementary to the principle of NOS, that it is one of those Duuuuuuuuuuuuuh moments.

NX all the way, if you ask me. if the car hangs together this weekend (I am going to the track), I think that i am going to call them up & order some solenoids, heater, purge valve & build a system.

sounds great bob, and frankly i agree with you but i had to purchase the nos; simply for cost $100 difference to be exact......i don't race that much so it just seems a bit much for the nx

You get what you pay for...NOS heater system is usless as far as the temp gauge goes....what happens with the volume of NOS goes down? Do you think a smaller amount of fluid will get to the same PSI at the same TEMP? NO!!!!!!!!! The NX system, reguardless of volume of NOS inside, will bring the bottle to an optimum 950psi for perfect mixture... =) It's worth the money when it comes down to performance! The NOS is just as good as a heater blanket for 29.99 at wal-mart.

You are right, but some heat is better than no heat, "IF", bottle temp is the issue. if there is something wrong with the system, this is all for not.
