Why don't you do yourself a favor and define "affordable?" Lots of guys have blowers on their cars - they found it affordable... ...so without some kind of reference as to your comfort level you'd do better thumbing through Summit, and Jegs, and checking the classifieds...

Affordable is a BIG function of how much can you do yourself and what kind of tools you have at your disposal.

Sure, you can by all new stuff for thousands and thousands with the engineering all figured out.

Or goto a junkyard and pick/modify parts.

I'm adding a Procharger to a boat with a TPI aftermarket intake.

I got the Procharger for $800, rebuilt by factory, but I will need to make my own brackets. But I have a cutting torch and mig welder.

I also have a TPI for a 73 Camaro, and I will start with junkyard turbos.

P.S. Make it look clean and keep it simple. Even if you blow away your competition, something that looks like the inside of the trash compactor of the Deathstar will get no respect.

You can find turbos in junkyards all day long for $50.
