Anyone have a paxton bracket laying around??

the aluminum bracket that my paxton mounts on (non serpentine tpi setup) broke in half on me, and paxton wants a crazy amt of money for the replacement part. Does anyone have an extra bracket they'd be willing to sell me cheap?

I dont have one, but out of curiosity, how much do they want for one?

Just like anything else from them, its ludicrous to get what you want.

I would think it would be cheaper to have a shop machine a new one for you. Or if you bought a few tools you could make it yourself. You also maybe could try maybe getting it welded back together?

Yep, TIGing it back together would probably be your best bet, unless you can find one laying around somebodies garage.

they have only an "installation kit" which comes with all the bolts and spacers and ****. They want $350! For $10 of home depot parts, and a $10 bracket. asses!

I'm gonna get mine repaired.

Saw one on in an auction about two months back, but nobody needed it then. Went for $35 I think. Welded it, should be OK.
