This probally sounds pritty dumb, but what does a supercharger do? Does it add alot of HP, and would you suggest it for my car? Thanks

Basicaly a supercharger rams more air into your engine than it can inhale on its own.

If done right, yes it adds lots of horsepower

If done wrong though, it adds lots of engine parts to your trash can

If you don't know alot about them and engine tuning it probably wouldn't be a good idea, at least until you learn more.
