Nobody else has replied, so my advise is to make the air intake yourself. The intake side of the system is really easy (compared to fabbing the hot side of a turbo system). Just buy the pipe, and use rubber couplers for the connections to the supercharger and intercooler. Depending on how the piping has to be layed out, you might only need a few welds. If you can't weld, you could go to a shop and have it done for you. Shouldn't cost too much.
