How much increase will i see in getting gears?

How much increase will i see in getting gears?
I'm about to buy 3.73 gear for my slow *** 2.73. How much of an increase will I see??

i went from 273 open rear with 60' times of 2.4 to 2.5 to a 373 posi rear which made no real change, i dont like them, and would trade the whole rear out for a 273 posi rear. gears only change ET when your pushing some good HP

I went from a 10.6 to a 10.2 in the 1/8 going from 2.73 open diff to 3.73 posi with a mostly stock L03 89 maro. Problem is i blew up my rear.
