What should i do?

I have an 89 Firebird Formula 350. I want to make it very fast and powerful. I was thinking a supercharger, or some flowmasters, what do you think? I appreciate all of your opinions! Thanks in advance!

89Firebird Formula350,

There's a big difference in performance and price, between flowmasters and a supercharger

If you want to pickup about a tenth or two in the 1/4 mile go with the flowmasters, but if you want to whip on a few mudstains, camaro SS's and ram air T/A's get yourself a GOOD supercharger...It's always better to be blown!!!

What do you think about a fully functional ram air hood, and flowmasters?

Like Maniacc states above, the difference between getting a supercharger in comparison to other mods is day and night. A functional ram air hood will maybe net 5 hp at most, not from the "ramming" effect but because of colder air temps. Mufflers will net maybe 10 hp. A good supercharger like the D1SC from ATI (like mine and Maniacc's) will net upwards of an 85 percent increase in power. Take a look at the results in my signature to see what the D1SC has turned my 305 into.

When in doubt don't wimp out.
Just get blown and blow it.

Supercharged is the only way fly.
