Hey guys,
The Z28tt is slowly coming along. I've generally broken a drivetrain part every time I go drag racing, so I might just give up that dirty habit
The SSM SFC's are nearly welded in (just have a few stich welds to finish). The Herbie (Adams) torque arm has been torn apart, 1/2" thick steel mount heated and hammered flat (got twisted from launch!) and the nice Sparco steering wheel is bolted on. I'm working on a crankcase vacuum system when I find some time, and the LS1 brake swap has taken a back seat for now. I did get PFC 97 compounds for the front and 90's for the rear pads, so it should help the !brakes I had at LimeRock this summer. The new ducting should help. I've now got NACA ducts in the intercooler shroud up front - it looks mean! There is a straight shot to the back of the spindles and rotors. I can't wait till Watkins Glen in a few weeks!
