Iam currently running a holley mechanical fuel pump on my carbed 355.If I wanted to install the NOS Super power shot plate kit would I need to upgrade to a different fuel pump.I currently have a holley blue electric pump is there any way I could to cut it in to the fuel sytem so that it only works when the arming switch is on? I don't want to run it all the time.I'd prefer to use the mechanical pump and just turn on the electric when extra fuel is needed.

i dont think you can just splice it in, also if you have a high output pump you will be fine, i ran a superpowershot system on my 400 and had a holley 80 GPH mechanical and it got the job done fine.
