Need Help with a cheap small block build

Car: 91 Z/28, 89 RS Race Car
Engine: 305 stock / ZZ4 AFR 195 9.7:1
Transmission: T5 / t10 / Jerico
Axle/Gears: 10blt w 3.42, 9 in w /3.80 DL
Need Help with a cheap small block build
I am considering buying the following
2 bolt block ( pre 86)
5.7 eagle rods
Chevy Steel Crank (pre 86)
Aluminum Dual plane intake
Iron Center bolt heads ( Not Vortec) i can not find a casting # on them
Roller rocker / valve covers
No Oil pan / pump / carb or dist ( I have all of these already and the fit the chassis)
I can buy the above for $700.00
The block and crank are alleged to be sound, the rods are new. All I should need are pistons.
Can anyone give me some thoughts on what these heads are? The owner can not id them and thought they were vortecs.
My plan may be to buy the items in question put in some flat tops and go with these heads or vortec and put in a comp cam 292 which I have from another motor.
Any idea on potential power? Or better ideas on a chep combo?
The engine will be going in a non F Body with full length 1 3/4 headers, 3500 stall, a Turbo 350 , 390 gears and a wet weight with a 200ld driver of 3005lbs.
The car a 280 Z ran a fast time of 11.95 previously with basicly the same combo with 292 heads. ( this engine has expired as have the heads)
The plan is to get the car running and sell it.

Since this actually has nothing to do with nos/turbos or superchargers your not going to find much help in here!

find the casting # on the heads and look it up on mortec.com
