I would like to change my heads, cam, intake, and fuel injection, looking to have 400-500 hp if possible. I need recomendations on what combinations to use head and cam, and also what fuel systems to use. Also if anyone knows a good performance shop around Nebraska or surrounding states that does this type of work. I have around $5,000 to work with. Thanks so much... Ps I want naturally asperated.

 

first, welcome to the boards! I don't have much experience with engine builds yet, so i won't give you advice myself. However, you'll probably get better replies if you post this in the "TPI" section rather than power adder... especially since you're looking to stay Naturally Aspirated and this area is all about turbos, superchargers and nitrous. You'll find tons of info and great examples of other member's builds including dyno and track results to help you decide what parts to use on your build.
