Keith, dont worry. I talked to a friend of mine in the bank and they accepted the money order, nothing to worry about. Your order is in for the V belt header with the T3 flange!!

 

It's done, payment has been sent, now i can start going through the summit catalog looking for injector, snow performance, intake manifold, calling around for a good exhaust shop, a gm block, pistons, heads, cam, wow, i don't think i have any money for the other stuff! well at least i'll have the turbo manifold!!!!

That is correct; $30.00 for Parcel Post or $58.00 for Priority once it's been fabricated(for US only except Alaska and Hawaii, all other countries please email me). Paypal fee of $15.00 for single turbo header/ $30.00 for twin turbo headers. Fabrication begins on June 30th.

Just kidding, no beach but lots of carbide and metal dust. I am working on all the headers at the same time, its quicker. Hopefully you all will be receivng tracking numbers by the end of July-start of August.

Bad and Good news,

Bad news first is that unfortunately I did not send the headers last Saturday like promised . I ran into several situations that kept me from going to the post office.

Good news are that each and every header has been finished and that they are all going to be shipped definately this next week. For those of you that may need some proof not to worry (since I've been late with the shipping) here is a picture I took while still finishing them.

Keith, as soon I go to the post office to ship these headers I will send you the refund, I havent got the chance to go before.

Daniel, your twin turbo headers are on the ceramic treatment, I will pick them up and send them also, that's the reason why they are not on the picture.

hey guys,

i just talked to edgardo, he said he's very sorry for the long delay. from what he says he was waiting for a couple flanges that he finally got. his carbide bits were getting dull and wasn't able to finish porting all the manifolds. he's working on that issue to be resolved soon.

its very difficult to do side work like this when you have a full time job and family. i know it took me 1 1/2 months to do a headgasket on my aunts car. this is why he's not making them anymore and we knew that.

i think we'll see it pretty soon. and when we do we'll know we didn't get that cheap crap on ebay!

ps. Jaime- ed said he called you back today but got a lady and was on hold for a long time.

sorry i came up a little **** off, i didn't mean it m just got the car apart and im selling the procharger and long tubes to do the turbo convertion, i called him from work nobody at work told me that he called. i just got my turbo and installed my kmember. now i feel like crap sorry. next time ill talk in spanish been that im from PR too.

PS anybody looking for a P600b supercharger kit, long tube headers and mufflex Ypipe?????

Yep, the Chinese rip offs. I've contemplated purchasing that simply for the drivers header and the crossover. However, I've heard that the crossover hits the oil pan and basically fits like crap. It may still just be easier to build my own crossover.

 

waiting patiently, for my 540 bucks back....


My '71 nova is waiting to get to the track which is only open till october 31, and just had to put my MSD BTM and billet distributor on a credit card....

To me.. this group purchase is a little dissapointing.. I understand that Edgardo is busy with running his own business.. family affairs AND doing headers for us on the side but its just a little dissapointing that some of you guys have had to call him to find out whats going on. Im not in any rush to do to lack of funds for turbos.. intercooler.. piping.. ect ect. but it would be nice of him to drop by periodically drop by thirdgen.org and give us quick updates. Hopefully in the end everybody will get what they paid for (good quality product) and 5literTPIterror will get his money back with a note attached... (Sorry....... )

Edgardo- due to the fact that some people are looking for their headers you can send mine out last (even though I was one of the first ones to pay you ) It DOESNT mean I DON'T want what I paid for.. I'd just rather let other get their projects going
