Finally got some juice!

I finally ordered a ZEX nitrous kit. They just released their EFI Perimeter Plate Nitrous System. I've been wanting to put one on my Pro-Ram intake for a while now, but I never did because the other Carb Perimeter Plate Nitrous System had a different fuel/nitrous jets due to the lower fuel pressure. When I saw the new kit on their web site I jumped on it. And it also made more sense to get a kit with just about everything you need. I am now an offical member of the NOS nation. Can't wait!

Re: Finally got some juice!

You should have better-even fuel nitrous distribution with your single plane intake than with the miniram. I run 1 step colder plug in the back 2 cylinders and 2 steps colder on the other cylinders. The back 2 cylinders(7-8) run the plugs black, and the front 2(1-2) run them white on motor and get tan on the bottle. You shouldn't have as bad a problem with your intake.

Re: Finally got some juice!

the perimeter plates are pretty awesome, though Zex solenoids kind of suck though. I hope everything works out for you though. Nitrous is addictive!!! dont forget the rest of you're safety stuff and accessories to make sure everything works to its potential!

I installed it last week, but I haven't used yet. Why do the ZEX solenoids suck?
