$999 twin turbo kit on ebay?

Transmission: 700R4 x2, T-5
Axle/Gears: 2.73, 3.42 posi x2
$999 twin turbo kit on ebay?
Ok, I know this goes back to the whole "get what you pay for" thing, but I found a kit on Ebay for $999 that includes everything (from what I can tell in the Pic) but fuel management... Is this crap, a gem, or a good starting point? looks to me like the turbos and manifolds would be worth that alone... ???

Do a search for "ebay turbo". This has been covered quite few times, with mixed reviews, but mostly negative ones.
