gt35r is the hotside to small?

t3 flanged gt35r dual bb
.70AR Cold side
82mm exducer, 61mm inducer

t3 .63AR Hot side

right now i have a t3/t4 hybrid 52mm turbo on the car and it does have some trouble turning above 6500.id love to have a dual bb turbo but im unsure if it would be a wise choice.would the bb center section help it out a bit and how much better are the
