afr reading on motor. How much timing to take out?

afr reading on motor. How much timing to take out?
Hey guys i have a issue before I actually spray my motor.
I have my afr readings in high gear at 13.6-13.8.
My compression ratio is 11:1 on 93 octane.
Full advance is 39* on aluminum heads.
I have a msd digital plus with a nitrous retard. What im getting to is how much should i retard timing for say a ~100shot?
I was thinking 4*, but i thought maybe a tad bit more because of my motor afrs? Im also going to richen the 2 back jets on the carb.,
