I got an 89 Camaro, with 2 T3/t4s on it, aready running fine and fun. Just had a few questions.

Here is a list of current mods...
Upgraded fuel system
ungranded ignition parts
water/meth injection kit
megasquirt standalone ecm


Heres my questions,
What is the max boost I can run

my turbo has an internal wastegate, and the arm seems to be adjusted, can that be used so I an turn the boost down from the standard opening 8psi?

Even tho, the wastegate is suppose to be 8psi, Im getting 9.7, is there anyway I can lower the boost?

What is something I need to look out for, if my engine is messing up? Like if Im running too much or somethings going wrong..

need more specs... and a picture of your setup.

motor specs?
turbo specs?
intercooled?

make the wastegate actuator longer to reduce boost pressure.

 

Alright,

Motor Specs-L98, 350 sbc, TPI. 90% stock. Only thing changed was ignition and fuel components. MSD Coil, accell HEI module,cap,rotor. Bosch spark plugs, with the 4 tips on it. Fuel-FIC 32lb injectors rated at 43psi, 255 walboro fuel pump, adjustable fuel pressure regulator.

Turbo specs- Twin, T3/T4 turbos, 50 A/R Compressor, .63 A/R turbine, 3"inlet, 2" outlet. Mounted in the engine bay on the headers.Internal wastegates, set at 8psi

Intercooler- I do have one, its like 31"x14" BUT its not installed. Currently, they are just ran into a Y pipe, then into the intake, with a water/meth injection kit. Wasnt too sure if I should install it or not. I also have a BOV right before the throttle body.
