Technically it could be made to work. I've read about some issues with larger roots style blowers causing issues with map sensors because of the 'pulses' of the rotors compressing the air. I don't think it would be an issue on a smaller one like that. But more importantly, if you want to keep it under the hood and save a few bucks, you might take a look at this setup:

One of these days I'll figure out what's so cool about the wynjammer that it keeps getting brought up... is it just that "someone actually makes a setup for TBI cars?"
As far as the lobe pulses... yea, you can see them in the datalogs, I'm not sure that they are a problem. If you end up deciding that they are/that they are making it difficult to tune then you can easily put a restriction in the MAP line so that it reacts slower and basically averages the boost pressure at the MAP- basically preventing it from seeing the high spikes of the individual lobes.
OTOH, honestly, if wanted to run a blower like that on a TBI car I'd probably either work out some custom TB setup, or run 2 GM throttle bodies on top of it.
People seem to want to act like it's impossible or rocket science to supercharge or turbo a TBI car, the fact is that it's no different than any other if you take into account the stock TBI setup's fuel and airflow limitations.
