My ProCharger DSMIC & Cog Belt thread
I'm planning on a ProCharger F1 with a max boost of 24psi. I know Willie had a cog belt and DSMIC setup on his Camaro before going twin turbo.
From what I could gather from him and on this forum, this is a basic list of components:

SC21Supercharger Main Bracket
SC32Main Bracket SpacerLong - 5.9"
SC42Bolt - 3/8" - 16 x 7-1/2"
SC51Main Bracket SpacerShort - 1.635"
SC61Bolt - 3/8" x 16 x 5-1/2"
SC71Cog Tensioner SystemInstalled on main bracket.
SC81Strut Rods - 2 pieces (ASSC)Support braces for supercharger bracket.
SC92Idler Pulley (ASSC)
SC101Cog Blower BeltGates.
CR11Pulley SpacerCR21Cog77-tooth.
CR33Bolt - 3/8" x 24 x 5-1/2"Will need 3 washers & lock washers.
CR41Crankshaft Pulley Adapter (ASSC)
CR51Balancer Hub (ASSC)
CR61Machined Timing Cover w/Jesel Seal (ASSC)Modified Summit Racing cover. No seal.
(QTY)

1 AIGJ1A-2 (LS1 F-body I/C (left side) - these will need to be modified by you
for a scoop, see Willie's pictures.
1 AIGC2I-1 LT1 intake tube Polished or Satin - you will need to modify, see
Willie's pictures.
1 AIGC2I-2 Extended offset tube (MAF)
1 AIGC2I-21 Extended offset tube (speed density)
1 AIGI3I-2 Tube with surge valve bung
1 AIFC2I-4 Tube
3 AIGJ1I-6 Tube
2 AIGB2I-8 Tube
2 AIGA3I-1 Y-Tube (you will need to modify, see Willie's pictures)
1 RSST.065B-2.50 Raw tube 2.5" x 12" long section
2 ATR40I-90-1 2.5" 90 degree rubber elbow
1 ATR40I-45 2.5" 45 degree rubber elbow
2 ATR48I-090 3" 90 degree rubber elbow
2 AHR40B-000 2.5" X 4" long hose section
1 AHR40B-000 2.5" X 8" long hose section
2 AHR48B-000 3" X 6" long hose section
1 AHR64B-000 4" X 6" long hose section
1 AHR40B-000 2.5" X36" long hose section
1 AHF24B 3 ft long surge hose section

8 CL040I-1SS #52 hose clamps
2 CL040I-1SS #64 hose clamps
1 RSAS.187B-1 3 ft of aluminum strap
So that's the very basics I have to start out with. I know a couple others here have the DSMIC setup. Over the next few weeks I'm going to try and get a definitive list.
If anyone can help me out or contribute, I would appreciate it greatly!
Thanks!
Alex

Re: My ProCharger DSMIC & Cog Belt thread
I am not 100% positive, but the part number you have listed for your main bracket is the universal small block chevy bracket not the F Body specific one. From what I recall to use the SBC bracket you have to get an adapter also. For ease of bolting the F1 on I'd go with the F Body bracket.
Also with that pulley combo you are going to be at 69300 Impeller RPM, The F1 max is 70000, so you might want to think about the F1A it's max is 74000. I sure hope your running an after market ECM w/ a rev limiter too.

I doubt I will ever see more than 20psi more than a couple times but I'll look into this too. I'm going to be running code$59 on a 730 ECU so just fuel cut off for a rev limiter. The engine most likely won't see past 6500RPM or 6700RPM max.
