For those with blow-throughs

Can you run these on a naturally aspirated motor with no adverse effect? Being as I count on s/cing in the future, I just don't want to buy another carb later on. Specifically, I'm looking a demon 750 to run on a whipple charged 383 ultimately making ~600 with the largest pulley available. Looking into changing the jets so the motor won't be swamped.
