I was looking at some supercharger kits for my car and came across a Procharger kit for TPI's. It says it is for 88-92 TPI motors, but could I possibly make it work on my 85 TPI motor? Or would I have to change over to a serpentine set-up?

You need to change to serp setup.........

GTA324, nice looking car and you tube clip. Did you ever get the TPS to go to 100%?
85Iroc-z. I did what you are considering. I ordered the serpentine pulley stuff, including AC, alternator, PS pump, and Air Pump. I used the PS pump and AC compressor althouh I don't know if it works, from "Hawks Thirdgen". The alternator may or may not have worked, but I replaced it. It was an easy swap, but I used the the airpump delete that is here somewhere, but the belt "may" be a bit big. I did use the PS pump. I also had to get a water pump because it spins backwards with the serp belt set up. I bought the D1SC kit that you are talking about and that wasn't as easy, but I relocated the battery to the trunk and made some fine adjustments to the area on the driver's side by the headlighs with a sawzall. The only issue I had was that the spacers ATI sent were the wrong size, not their fault but, it is what is is. You can get the spacer's at Sears for a lot less and not pay $12.00 shipping. Sorry the picture is bad. That's an 86 IROC. Be sure to use the correct length bolts and don't over tighten the lower alternator bolt or the pot aluminum will snap off. I used the wrong (too long) length bolt on the top of the bracket behind the PS pump and the head unit was not happy.
Was it expensive to do the conversion, blower, etc? Yes.
Do I recommend you do it. Yes.
I went with BS3 and I need to have it professionally tuned.
I have heard great things about the HP Tuner, which is probably the route I should have chosen. If for no other reason, there is much more available help.
You could Call Ed Wright for a custom chip too.
You might also consider an LSX swap. But I don't know how deep you are in your engine already.
