Questions about re-doing top-end
Hey, I'm planing on rebuilding my top end this spring, adding a mild cam, vortec heads, and a new intake manifold. I'm wondering if there is anything I will have to do to the bottom end.

Depends on the mileage or condition & maintenance... If low and good condition well maintained
No need to touch the bottom end..

im planning the same thing. Im going to pop the heads and just check out the cylinders and re-evaluate. Ive got some 350 heads to try on the 305. lower compression and bigger valves... we will see how the turbo likes it. to bad my clutch is slipping but atleast ill know how it works.
