After seeing Pocket's home brew M90, and M112, supercharger setup. I had my dream renewed. I am thinking about 2 options,
#1 prefered method; aquire a piece of alum billit, either mill it myself by hand, or have it CNC milled to be an intake manifold / mount, 2 piece of corse - upper and lower to facilitate the milling process.
#2 cheaper and easer; do as Pocket, build my own manifold out of mild steel, 3/8 flanges mounted to the heads, then get crazzy with the mig and steel. make something like a box, OR a miniram style???

What kind of problems do I need to plan for as far as drivability issues, never built my own supercharger set up before. curently I plan on leaving the motor lock stock. just want a little bit of an edge. I just love my GTP's.

If u work out the details if getting it plumbed and getting, getting a bypass working and tuning, driveability should be awesome. Mpg should even be good (very little measurable difference than na)

To small of a blower. If your going to go through all the work, use a M122 or a TVS. Heres a few threads.
