intercooler fitment suggestions

I happen to have a C4. I posted on CF but no response maybe due to Holidays.

Just replaced my radiator with a Dewitts and late model AC condensor as required for install.

Now that it is all back together thinking of a Pro charger this coming season or next.

First will move my current cone air cleaner (4 inch x 4 inch by 5 inch) to the area where CC canister resides at drivers side under headlight. Do you think there is room next to C/C canister to drill a 3.0 inch hole in front of shroud , add a 3 inch tubing support(spectre) and add a universal intercooler off e bay in front of radiator? In/out to intercooler($130) would be on CC canister side routing up to Procharger head. I would add 2 (.5) x (.5) inch x 32 inch alum square stock tubes above and below intercooler to support. I see the intercooler is tapped in four spots. Is the a spot on the side of radiator support to affix that tubing? Drill and tap without damaging the new installs? I do not care to remove the radiator/condensor to weld.

I would likely run a cold air kit temporarily until I can pop for new head unit/bracket.

Car in barn now so no access to eyeball till April. Time to plan...

Not familiar with c4 front ends to know the space available. You'll just need to measure how much space is available and find ways to make mounts to bolt intercooler to

Should beable to pass 3" piping around headlight tray areas/ cc canister area
