Mail order TPI chip??

Mail order TPI chip??
Car is a 92 B4C 1LE L98 115k
I keep seeing old post about pcmforless chips but they are super old posts..any idea if they are still the "best" mail order chips? I know I know,the best way is to have a custom dyno tune done but im just looking for a "get me by" chip until i have some free time to go find a shop with a Dyno around here..thanks guys
#parts in garage waiting for some free time to install are,
-BBK 52mm throttle body(stock throttle body was messed up)
-Hooker headers with Y pipe
-2.5 exhaust no cats with Borla ProXs muffler
-Edge 2800 stall (Heard that really wakes the third gen TPI's up)
-K&N's with Hawks ram air scoops
-160 thermostat
