Procharger Crank Pulley
I am having alignment issues with my Procharger setup. I have just removed the crank pulley from my motor that came with the kit and it is labeled part number DC009A-008. I looked up the part number and it shows it to be for a 93-97 LT1 motor. I have a Gen 1 SBC and am running the 88-92 D1SC kit. Is this an error on their part by sending me the wrong pulley or do they use this pulley for the TPI kit as well?

Re: Procharger Crank Pulley
The pulley that comes with it should be a pulley and spacer. I have machined tge spacer for perfect alignment. It was off out of the box but probably tolerance stacking (and damper thickness)

Re: Procharger Crank Pulley
It is a pulley and an aluminum spacer. The crank pulley is sitting further out than the blower pulley. I would love to cut down the spacer but don't have the equipment to accurately do so.

Re: Procharger Crank Pulley
call procharger and double check the number they use parts for multiple kits and just have the alum spacer machined a little any reputable machine shop can take some off just ask around and it'll cost around 40 bucks to shave some off
