Hood clearance

How much extra hood clearance would I need for a weiand superchager, part # WND-6502-1 at summit?

I guess no one has one.
I suppose a 4" cowl should do it then

now that you mentioned it I saw an add for a company that just released a 4 3/4" outlaw cowl (bolt on) for the 82-92's even though some others have had similar products out for years in one of my magazines, super chevy or chevy high performance I think.

Actually Harwood makes a 6" cowl hood, only thing is I like being able to see what to the ront right of me
